born on the fourth of july

caroline county celebration...

The highlight of my day was when I walked on scene around 6:00 p.m. and it had been raining and gross out, so there weren't many people around. Up walks Hickey The Clown, talking on his over sized inflatable telephone to God asking what's up with this nasty weather.

youths played in the rain.

people loved America.

boy scouts pried for money.

a man slept.

and of course, the masses lit sparklers.
